'May He have mercy': 4 reactions to death of fmr. Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards
Barack Obama, Lila Rose offer condolences, prayer for her soul

Seth Gruber, founder of White Rose Resistance, a pro-life organization named after a youthful resistance movement against the Nazi regime, called it “WILD” that Richards had died on Inauguration Day.
“So this happened today as folks were sitting down to watch Trump get sworn in,” Gruber wrote in a Monday X post. “The bloodiest and most vicious president in Planned Parenthood’s history died as the new administration began.”
Last summer, The Christian Post attended the White Rose Resistance’s screening of "The 1916 Project,” a documentary that explores the history of Planned Parenthood and its founder, Margaret Sanger. The film featured interviews Gruber conducted with faith leaders and historians on Sanger's history and what the documentary called "the secular moral revolution."
One of the faith leaders Gruber interviewed, Bishop Patrick L. Wooden Sr. of North Carolina's Upper Room Church of God in Christ, refused to endorse any politician who praises the Planned Parenthood founder.
"Nothing is more racist in America than the abortion industry," the faith leader said.
