6 things people are doing to help during the coronavirus outbreak
The ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic has created a situation that many have never seen before as cities and states have shut down and are asking residents to stay home unless they must leave for essential reasons.
But with over 874,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19 worldwide and over 189,600 cases in the United States so far, there is a great need in certain areas for medical supplies, food, and hygiene items in addition to the pressing needs that already existed when it comes to hunger and homelessness.
Despite orders to stay home, many people, churches, and organizations are still doing their part to help those impacted by the pandemic in various ways.
