Ask the 'Jewish God' to Enlighten You
The "Jewish God" is the one true God. He always has been, and always will be. By the term "Jewish God," I am not talking about a definition of "God" that most Jews would endorse. I mean something different. I mean the "Jewish God" of both the Old and New Testaments as revealed to us in Scripture.
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the one true God. He is the "Jewish God," but He is more than that. He is the God who created all people of all time. He is the God who loves both Jews and Gentiles. There is no God except for the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He said, "I am the Lord, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God." (Isaiah 45:5)
If you want to receive something from God, you will have to go to the "Jewish God" in order to get it. There are no other gods to call on. All other gods are false gods. The God of the Bible is our only option if we want to connect with the One who reigns over all. If you ask that God for something, you are moving in the right direction.

For example, imagine if you as a Jew or a Muslim or an atheist or a Mormon were to approach the "Jewish God" and say, "Please teach me about your Son. Please teach me about Jesus. Help me to understand His true nature, and the mission which He came to fulfill." If you were to do that, you would be taking a step in the direction of your Creator. That is always a good move, no matter what your religious background did or didn't teach you about Jesus.
The "Jewish God" is the only One who can give us wisdom and insight into the true nature of Jesus Christ. He is the author of wisdom, and the author of spiritual enlightenment. No "Jewish God" equals no spiritual understanding. Do you desire to be a wise person? If so, you can only get it from the "Jewish God."
Buckle up. Here comes something that might really throw you for a loop. Ready? Along with the Father, Jesus Christ is also the "Jewish God." Say what? Yes. It's true. He is the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies concerning the coming Messiah. While on earth, Jesus was more than a Jewish carpenter. He was, is, and always will be God….the One true God….the "Jewish God."
That is the point at which many people choose to get off the train. They cannot seem to bring themselves to accept the teaching that Jesus is just as much "God" as the Father. If that describes your struggle, then I have one more for you. There is yet another Person who is part of the "Godhead." He is the Holy Spirit. He too is the "Jewish God." Three Persons in One God. Three Persons who make up the one "Jewish God." Three Persons who make up the One true God. Are you still with me?
I know, I know. If this is not a definition of God that you have been taught, you may very well reject this teaching outright. Many people do reject it. If it wasn't for God opening my eyes to see, I too would reject it. But I also know this….God is still in the business of revealing Himself to people. He is still in the business of bringing Jews and Gentiles into His eternal family of believers. He is still in the business of leading people to accept the "Jewish God" as their Savior. Have you taken that step of faith?
If you are unwilling to ask the "Jewish God" to enlighten your heart and mind, then I don't really have much else I could say to you that would help you connect with your Creator. The only way into the family is to go through the "Jewish God." He is eternal....and yet He is very interested in having a loving relationship with you.
The Son of God left heaven and walked on earth. He suffered and died at the hands of men who opposed Him. He rose from grave, and ascended back into heaven. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. He is the "Jewish God." He is the God of the Bible and of the universe. You can accept Him as your Savior, or reject Him and wait to meet Him as your Judge. Either way, you will one day stand face to face with the "Jewish God."
Whether you were born into a Jewish family, or a Gentile family, one fact remains: "You must be born again"(John 3:7) in order to spend eternity in paradise. Those words were spoken by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. "There is no God but one." (1 Cor. 8:4) He is Immanuel, which means, "God with us." (Matthew 1:23)
It might blow your mind to think that you cannot know the "Jewish God" without knowing Jesus. But look at what Christ said: "If you knew me, you would know my Father also." (John 8:19) Faith in Christ is what connects a person eternally to the "Jewish God." Many people who think they know God really don't. Why? Because they don't know Jesus. "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." (1 John 5:12)
When the "Jewish God" began His ministry on earth, his first sermon was straight to the point. "Repent and believe the good news." (Mark 1:15) Or you can choose to live life with another god….or no god. You have been given free will. That's the way the "Jewish God" wanted it.
So go to Him and ask for wisdom and understanding concerning Jesus….or, rely on your own wisdom and understanding and your own religious traditions. You are limited in your mental and spiritual resources. God is not. I suggest you take the "Jewish God" up on His offer. It's the best one you are going to get.
