Beatmart Recordings, Inc. Partners With SHOUTfest 2005

Christian urban music label Beatmart Recordings, Inc. will be partnering with SHOUTfest 2005 to host a second Beatmart Stage at this year’s festival. The stage will feature artists such as Bobby Bishop, Rob Hodge, Fresh Digress, Japhia Life and DJ Morphiziz.

“This is a great chance for real hip-hop to shine,” states Todd Collins, owner and CEO of Beatmart Recordings. “Partnering with Jeff Roberts on SHOUTFest is a logical, great opportunity to get some of these amazing artists in front of a new crowd that may not be as acquainted with the genre.”

Artist Bobby Bishop agrees, “I’m beyond thrilled to be rocking second stage at SHOUTfest 2005. To have the opportunity to tour with my labelmates and grow our friendships as a new hip-hop entity is exciting. We can’t wait to contribute to building God’s kingdom with the rest of the SHOUTfest artists.”

SHOUTfest 2005 will tour nationwide from August 27 through October 30 with a projected attendance of 2-3,000 per night.

SHOUTfest was created 4 years ago by Jeff Roberts of Jeff Roberts and Associates as a way to highlight both established and upcoming artists in a festival package. This year’s line-up includes artists such as Jars of Clay, Skillet, KJ-52 and Thousand Foot Krutch. (www.shoutfest.com).

Beatmart Recordings was started in 2004 by Troy and Todd Collins to highlight the best artists in the urban genre. Nashville-based Beatmart is part of the BHT Entertainment family, and is distributed through Word Distribution / WEA. (www.beatmart.com).
