iPhone 4S vs. Samsung Galaxy S2: The 'Drop Test' (VIDEO)
A newly released video tests the durability of two smartphones as they hit concrete floor - Apple's iPhone 4S and Samsung's Galaxy S2.
First, the individuals in the video test drop the iPhone 4S from waist high level. Before they perform their experiment, they ask the Siri if it was afraid of falling.
The voice-enabled feature could not offer an answer.
When dropped, the front screen came out unharmed. However, the back of the smartphone device was badly scratched.
From shoulder height, the smartphone's corner was scratched. When the iPhone 4S was dropped face down, the front of the screen broke and looked to be in bad shape.
The Samsung Galaxy S2 smartphone, when dropped from waist high level, sported little damage. From shoulder height, the result was the same.
The most amazing result for the Galaxy S II was when it was dropped face down. No damage was noticeable for the device afterwards.
