Transgendered Woman Sues Khloe Kardashian for 'Violent' Assault Outside Nightclub
A transgendered woman is claiming that Khloe Kardashian “violently” assaulted her outside of a Los Angeles nightclub, causing “severe mental anguish.”
Chantal Spears, formerly known as Ronald Spears, is filing the lawsuit nearly two years to the day after the incident allegedly happened on Dec. 5, 2009. According to TMZ, the incident happened outside the Playhouse nightclub on Hollywood Blvd. when Spears told Khloe's husband, Lamar Odom, that “maybe he was too young to get married.”
At that point, Spears claims that Khloe attacked her. Police were then called and Spears filed charges against the reality TV star.

"All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl," Chantal told TMZ.
When asked if she was “happy” that she was able to press charges against Khloe, Spears responded: “Yeah. I would have gone to jail. Duh!”
When Spears told Odom that “maybe he was too young” to get married, he had just turned 30 a few weeks before and Khloe was 25. Also, in contrast to sister Kim's 72-day marriage. Odom and Khloe are still married and were voted “Happiest Couple of 2011” by Celebuzz.
The rating was carried out in coordination with Zeta Interactive, a digital marketing agency, through a study of stories, web searches, and online comments about different couples.
Al DiGuido, the CEO of Zeta, told Celebuzz: “When it comes to happiness, or the perception of happiness, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom took the buzz in 2011. The couple received more positive buzz than any other celebrity couple this past year at 92 percent positive, and the words and phrases used most commonly to describe the couple online were 'love,' 'happiness,' 'true love' and 'marriage.'”
DiGuido added: “One of the biggest reasons that this celebrity couple’s buzz was so positive was the fact that they are seen as a true and honest love story.”
Regarding the 2009 incident, a source told UsWeekly that Spears just wants some money.
"This was two years ago and Khloe did nothing," the source said. "This person shoved Khloe and she pushed them off. This person just wants to jump on the bandwagon."
