Justin Bieber's Mother Dating 'The Bachelor' Host?

Pattie Mallette, Justin Bieber's mother, was recently set up on a date with "The Bachelor" host Chris Harrison, with the help of "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest.

Mallette, 37, tweeted a picture of herself with Harrison, 41, recently and admitted that she had a good time with "The Bachelor" host.

"Had a great night w @chrisbharrison," Mallette tweeted. "Thanks @ryanseacrest for setting it up."

Harrison also tweeted about the experience, and thanked Mallette's 18-year-old pop star son in the process.

"Huge thanks to @justinbieber @pattiemallette for an incredible night," Harrison wrote on the social networking website. "Huge cool dad pts! Great show!"

Seacrest seemed to want details about the date and took to Twitter to ask, "Does he get a rose?"

While Harrison split from his wife of 18 years last May, Mallette has been public about her celibacy of 16 years. In an interview with talk show host Ellen Degeneres, Mallette said she was holding off on dating until her son turned 18, which happens to be his present age.

"I told Justin I would focus on him and would wait until he was 18 before I started dating... He just turned 18," Mallette told the talk show host.

DeGeneres offered Bieber's mother a Match.com membership to help her on her quest to find love.

"I am going to get you six months on Match.com," DeGeneres told Justin Bieber's mom, according to OK! magazine. "My treat… here you go… six months free. If it doesn't work out I'll renew it for six more months."

Still, the 37-year-old pop star's mother said she made a vow to be celibate at the age of 21 and would not break it until marriage.

"I take that vow really seriously. I remember when I made it," Mallette said in a Starpulse report. "I wrote it down on a piece of paper and I had someone witness it. It means a lot. I made it this far. I'm not stopping now."
