Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise Divorce Settlement Breakdown; Actress Gets Zero

Katie Holmes' divorce from Tom Cruise was finalized on Monday and a settlement breakdown confirms that the actress walked away with nothing.

The couple, who were married for five years, had a prenuptial agreement which blocked Holmes from Cruise's estimated $350 million fortune and subsequently she will not receive any spousal support, according to reports.

Cruise, 50, was ordered to pay $400,000 a year in child support for the couple's six-year-old daughter Suri which equates to $33,333.33 a month, according to TMZ.com.

The "Rock of Ages" star must pay child support for the next 12 years, until Suri turns 18. He will pay approximately $4.8 million in total over that period.

A judge also ordered that Cruise pay for various expenses for his daughter, including medical, dental, insurance, education, college and extracurricular costs. Terms of the divorce settlement also allegedly ban Suri from attending a "residential school."

In July it was reported that Cruise, a devout Scientologist, agreed to give Holmes primary custody of
Suri. He was allegedly granted strict visitation rights and Holmes' appointed nanny and bodyguards must be present during every visit, according to RadarOnline.com.

"Katie insisted that Suri's nanny and bodyguards always accompany her when she visits Tom. Katie did this for several reasons. This will ensure a smooth and easy transition for Suri when she is with Tom," a source told Radar.

"Suri is Katie's number one priority. Tom only has Scientologists that work for him and Katie insisted that her staff will always be with their daughter. Under terms of the settlement, Suri isn't permitted to be exposed to anything Scientology related and this includes going to any Scientology churches, parties, etc. Katie made sure that this was ironclad in the agreement," the insider added.

Holmes abruptly ended her five year marriage to Cruise on June 28 - a move which reportedly blindsided Cruise and it is rumored that she left him over his deep rooted involvement with Scientology.

Although Holmes could have received more in child support for Suri if the case went to trial, she reportedly wanted to resolve the matter quickly and is said to be pleased with the settlement.
