"Realistically speaking, it's hard … Do you want to have a life, or do you want to have a career," said Kunis. "Sometime you can find a happy medium, but in this industry it's rare."

She added, "You have to choose: privacy or career."

Furthermore, Kunis confessed to concerns over aging in Hollywood during the interview.

"It's weird that at the age of 29 I'm talking about aging in this industry, but the truth is I don't think I can do this for the rest of my life," explained the "Black Swan" star, via Us Magazine.

"I want to be a producer," Kunis continued. "That's really what I want, because I look this work in a weird, sick way. But I also want a life. I want a family."

Kunis was sure to point out she wanted a family "just, like, one day- not tomorrow."

Today, the actress is dating her "That '70's Show" co-star Ashton Kutcher, who she was first spotted with last year. The couple is reportedly getting more serious about their relationship, and spent Christmastime together in Kutcher's hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, according to The Daily Mail.

Furthermore, Kunis and Kutcher plan to move in to Kutcher's Hollywood Hills mansion together this year, according to Us magazine.

Meanwhile, "Oz the Great and Powerful" also stars James Franco, Michelle Williams, and Rachel Weisz, among others. Later this year, Kunis will also appear in the film "The Angriest Man in Brooklyn." She is currently filming "The Third Person."
