Teens to be Charged for Stealing Piece of Paul Walker's Crash Wreckage
Police in Los Angeles arrested a young man accused of stealing a piece of the sports car Paul Walker was riding in when he died after it crashed on Saturday.
Local reports indicate that 18-year-old Jameson Witty in Tujunga, Calif., was taken into custody after he allegedly stole a red T-top roof panel off the bed of a tow truck, as the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT was being removed from the accident scene on Saturday, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department.
"A witness saw a male exit a vehicle that was following the tow truck," the sheriff's department said Friday during a press conference. "The male grabbed a piece of the wrecked Porsche off the tow truck bed."

A second suspect was also identified and is said to be arraigning his surrender, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Investigators have requested that the district attorney file charges of felony grand theft and tampering with evidence against both suspects.
The "Fast & Furious" star and his friend Roger Rodas were killed on Saturday when the Porsche Carrera GT they were traveling in crashed and caught fire.
The autopsy report identified Walker, 40, as the passenger, and Rodas, 38, as the driver. The report, which listed the incident as an accident, stated that Rodas died of "multiple traumatic injuries" and Walker of "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries."
A toxicology report is still pending for both men and should be completed in six to eight weeks.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department insisted that speed was a factor in the one-car crash in the community of Valencia.
There has been an outpouring of support from fans all over the globe after news of his passing was posted to his social media accounts.
"It's with a heavy heart that we must confirm Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident," read a tweet posted through his verified Twitter account at 9:14 p.m. Saturday.
It also directed the star's nearly 900,000 Twitter followers to a fuller comment on his Facebook account issued to nearly six million fans.
Walker was on a break from filming the seventh film in the "Fast & Furious" series and Universal Pictures announced this week that it was shutting down production on the latest sequel. Walker's co-stars were reportedly "too distraught" to return to work on the movie this week in the wake of his death.
