CES 2013 Live Stream: How to Watch Online Press Conferences From Sony, Samsung at Consumer Electronics Show 2013

CES 2013 starts in Tuesday Jan. 8 in Las Vegas as thousands gather for the hugely anticipated Consumer Electronics Show. The event is available through free live stream and can be watched online through the methods described below.

The CES has become known for featuring a hug array of new consumer electronics equipment and CES 2013 is sure to be more of the same. It features some of the biggest and most well known tech. companies from around the world.

Sony is expected to put on a good show. "Experience Sony CES 2013" is scheduled for Jan. 7 at 5 p.m. PT and will feature a live Q&A with SONY President and CEO Kaz Hirai and Sony Electronics President and COO Phil Molyneux following the official press conference.

Also recommended for online coverage are two tech. giant websites CNET and TechCrunch. They are two of the biggest names in online tech. news, and both sites have advertised that they will be running their own respective live streams from the event.

The main floor at CES 2013 is sure to be packed with all sorts of tech. gadgets and the state-of-the-art devices. However, the main event is sure to be the keynote speeches, and will feature technology industry leaders and thinkers from around the world.

On Tuesday at CES 2013, Qualcomm Inc.'s Chairman and CEO Dr. Paul E. Jacobs will give a pre-show keynote.

He'll be followed by Gary Shapiro, the President and CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association for a speech titled "Sate of the CE Industry."

The opening keynote features Panasonic's president, Kazuhiro Tsugo, and Verizon Chairman and CEO Lowell McAdam will conclude the first day with an afternoon keynote speech.

Day two on Wednesday will begin with Samsung's highly anticipated keynote from President Stephen Woo, and is expected to unveil some of the company's biggest advancements and most exciting new devices.

The rest of the day features two different rounds of speeches titled "The Next Generation of Innovators" and "Brand Matters." Jeff Jordan of Andreessen Horowitz, David Lieb from Bump Technologies, Crus Massoumi from ZocDoc, and Eric Vishria, who founded Rockmelt Inc, will all be featured.

CES 2013 takes place from Jan. 8 through 11 from Las Vegas.
