Chris Brown's hit-and-run accuser spoke out regarding her recent run-in with the singer and she described him as being aggressive and "scary" during the incident.

Olga Gure-Kovalenko, who alleges Brown hit her car in Los Angeles on May 21, maintains that contrary to the singer's claims he allegedly did not follow proper procedure after the minor car collision occurred. Brown, 24, was charged with a criminal hit-and-run in recent days over the incident.

"It was my first car accident ever and I'm a foreigner so I was so afraid because first of all...he looked scary to me because it's a big car and he has a lot of tattoos," Gure-Kovalenko told TMZ.com in a video interview. "I don't know that he's celebrity...so for me he looked kind of scary,"

Gure-Kovalenko was photographed exchanging information with Brown and his on-and-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran after the incident however she claims he did not hand over the correct information. The model, who allegedly won Miss Russian L.A. 2013, also alleges that the Grammy award-winning singer began name calling after she took a cell phone photograph of him and Tran, 25.

"When I took a picture and asked him for his driver's license (and I didn't get it) he started screaming at me and he got really crazy...and called me a b----," she said.

"[Karrueche] gave me her driver's license [but] she wasn't driving...they gave me some [expired] piece of paper which was insurance for Lamborghini...and this car wasn't Lamborghini...I did get expired insurance," she continued reiterating that "I never got any driver's license off him."

Brown, who is currently on probation for his 2009 domestic assault against pop star Rihanna, recently blasted the hit-and-run charge. The "Fine China" singer faces a maximum of four years in prison if a court finds that he is in breach of his probation.

"It's not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous," Brown recently tweeted in response to the charges.

"I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info. She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene," he continued adding "She contacted the cops thinking of a payday from Chris Brown when I followed the proper procedures."
