Not only is Christmas the time of year for family and celebration of Christ, it is also a time when families can sit down and watch Christmas movies together, and what better movies to watch than one's that display Jesus’ love.

"The Ultimate Gift" opens up with a grandfather giving his spoiled grandson a large inheritance, and forces him to learn about what life is aside from wealth.
The grandfather arranges 12 different gifts to be given to his grandson after he died. The gifts lead him to self-discovery as he embarks on a spiritual journey to discover himself.
The movie is one part "The 12 Days of Christmas" and one part "The Prodigal Son."
"The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" is an adventurous story that takes place in a mythical Earth where animals and creatures rule instead of humans.
The series, created by C.S. Lewis, is a giant metaphor for the story of Jesus and his love for his children. Jesus is represented by Aslan the Lion, and sacrifices himself for his people.
Many other elements allude to Christianity as the movie creatively shows the bond between siblings and friends, and teaches perseverance and courage.
Lastly, perhaps the greatest Christmas movie of all time is, "It's a Wonderful Life.” This movie portrays a struggling family who has to rely on each other and their community to continue to survive.
The movie follows the lead character on his journey of rock bottom as he is about to commit suicide because he can not take care of his family. He is then saved by an angel, who takes him back into a life where he never existed.
The angel shows the lead character how everyone's life would be different without him.
