Dancing With the Stars Results: Cher Vents Fury Over Chaz Bono's Elimination

Cher has taken to Twitter in a rage after the sixth elimination on this season’s “Dancing with the Stars” announced that Chaz Bono was headed home.

Her only child with ex-husband Sonny had previously remained on the show after receiving consecutively low scores from the judges, but was finally cut Tuesday night.

“I have got 2 hold my TEMPER! My tears R ok! Congratulations Chaz I’m so proud of u! This was YOUR quest… & u followed your star,” the 65-year-old mother wrote on Twitter after the Results Show.

“But your mom ‘could cut a b****’,” added Cher. “Thank u Carrie Ann 4 your gentility u r beautiful inside & out! To the gentleman? I didn’t know who u were b4 which I guess is a blessing!”

Cher divulged on Twitter that she was deeply offended and disappointed in “DWTS” Judge Bruno’s comments about her son leading up to his elimination.

“Mean is not funny,” wrote Cher after retweeting, “@KnoewlAngel64: Bruno’s reason, pure selfishness! His only concern was 2b usual funny animated self, AT CHAZ’S EXPENSE!”

“It’s not about Chaz winning! He’s doing the best & he will stay as long as he stays! That’s “show business” but, don’t b unkind 4 no reason," wrote Cher.

Ahead of the “DWTS” Results Show Tuesday, Bono felt uneasy about his position, and confessed on Twitter that he was “feeling low.” He and professional dancing partner Lacey Schwimmer had received the evening’s lowest score on Monday for their Tango, making their elimination unsurprising.

“Goodbye, Team #Schwaz. You will be missed. Xoxo,” said Bono on Twitter following Tuesday’s show. He tweeted messages of thanks to ABC, cast members, and fans for the “life altering experience.”

The six remaining couples on “Dancing with the Stars” will perform again on ABC Monday at 8 p.m. EST.
