Hope said following her exit: "This competition is one of the toughest competitions I've ever been a part of. I'm grateful, it was an amazing opportunity.”

She added: "There's so many people to thank - my dear friends, my family. We have the most amazing fan-base. I'm going to go back and instead of trying to win a mirrorball trophy, I'm going to try to win a gold medal this summer at the Olympics."

Maks also said: "Thank you for your determination, will and everything else and I'm sorry. I wish I could have been better for you but it is what it is. It was an amazing journey."

Solo rounded off her time on the show with a comment referencing something that Maks had said earlier in the season that it was "his show." She said, "Maks was amazing, the producer of the show! Thank you, Maks, for having me on your show."

Rob Kardashian, Ricki Lake, JR Martinez are the remaining three contestants that progress to next week’s show as the final for Dancing With the Stars season 13 draws to a close.
