The Galaxy Note 2 was scheduled to be released on all of the major U.S. carriers today including T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Verizon, Sprint and AT&T.

All of these companies released their very own version of the smartphone-tablet hybrid and most of them are expected to support 4G LTE.

This information was first posted on the Galaxy Note Facebook page yesterday afternoon.

"Get ready: the Galaxy Note 2 is coming to AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile USA, U.S. Cellular and Verizon Wireless starting tomorrow! Get the latest on your carrier," wrote Samsung Mobile USA.

AT&T confirmed this information in a press release earlier this week.

However, the carrier only stated that it will begin accepting pre-orders for the Galaxy Note 2 on Oct. 25, not ship it on that date.

AT&T will offer the device at $300 with a new 2-year contract.

Samsung hosted a major media event in NYC last night specifically geared towards the promotion of the Galaxy Note 2.

This event featured a performance by hip-hop star and producer Kanye West.

West has a few surprises during his performance that included him bringing out his "Mercy" collaborator 2 Chainz. West performed many of his hit songs including "New God Flow," "Say You Will," and the summer smash "Mercy."

The Galaxy Note 2 was first unveiled by Samsung back in August.
