Jaden Smith Opens Up About Kylie Jenner Relationship

Jaden Smith, the 14-year-old son of Hollywood actor Will Smith, is opening up about his relationship with Kardashian sibling Kylie Jenner.

Last month, Jenner, 15, and Smith, 14, were spotted on an outing that was supervised by the Smith patriarch. Smith and Jenner dined at a sushi restaurant in London called Nobu with the 14-year-old's father watching from a safe distance, according to PerezHilton.com reports.

Although Smith did not call Jenner his girlfriend, the half-sister of reality television star Kim Kardashian did receive another title from him. The young Smith explained being photographed with Jenner in multiple locations to Wonderland Magazine.

"I was in LA, we were all hanging out. Then I went to New York and she came too, and then she came here and surprised me, so that's pretty baller," Smith told the magazine. "She's one of my best friends. It's pretty awesome."

In an interview with the.LIFE Files last year, Smith spoke about how his father's advice has impacted the way that he approaches romantic relationships.

"My dad one time told me, he was like, 'The only time you should lie is when someone's holding a gun to your head and says 'Okay, lie or I'm going to shoot you.' And that really stuck with me," Smith said. "I think about that a lot. I used to not be really honest with girls and then I dropped a song called 'Starry Room' and then I started turning over a new leaf. Now, I'm completely honest with girls all the time and they just get mad at me."

Although the 14-year-old has yet to admit to anything more than a friendship with Jenner, he did tell the.Life Files about enduring a breakup last year.

"I had recently gotten out of a relationship so I made this song that was really heartfelt for me- some of my best lyrics. Me and that girl's anniversary was gonna come up so I decided to drop it," Smith said before admitting that his relationship was short lived. "It was like a month-iversary. You know how teens are."
