Jay-Z is shown waiting for a Brooklyn-bound Subway train. As he boards he is shown taking a seat next to an elderly lady who is bewildered by all the screaming fans following the rapper.

Curious about all the commotion, the woman, who later introduced herself as Ellen, asked Jay-Z, "Are you famous?"

The rapper answered, "Yes. Not very famous, you don't know me. But I'll get there some day."

The lady confirmed that she did not know who he was, to which Jay-Z responded by introducing himself. He said, "My name os Jay."

The lady then asked him what he did for a living, and the rapper, who is married to superstar Beyonce, answered, "I make music...I'm on my way to a performance in Brooklyn. At the new Brooklyn arena."

"Fabulous," Ellen replied to the rapper. She then explained that she was proud of him for taking the Subway.

Obviously wanting to remember his name to tell her loved ones who she had met, Ellen then asked, "Say your name again, just so I get it."

He then said, "Jay, Jay-Z."

Giving his full rap name then allowed things to click into place, and Ellen said, "Oh, you're Jay-Z! I know about Jay-Z."

The two then started to laugh with one another.

The YouTube video has immediately become a huge hit among his fans, and by Wednesday evening had already received more than 200,000 views on YouTube.
