Jenna Bush Hager Pregnant? Rumors Claim Baby on the Way

Jenna Bush Hager, daughter of former president George Bush, is pregnant, according to reports. The first daughter was seen with a "baby bump" while shopping at Whole Foods and later on NBC's "Today" show, however, she has still not publicly confirmed if she is pregnant.

Hager did display a fuller figure while on the "Today" show, and a source close to the family told Britain's Daily Mail that Jenna and husband Henry were "thrilled" with the pregnancy, as were their parents. If the rumors and pictures are true, Hager will produce the first grandchild for her parents.

Hager has been busy ever since leaving the White House. Not only does she work as an NBC correspondent, she was recently named Editor-in-Large at the iconic "Southern Living" magazine. In addition to overseeing the magazine, she will contribute a monthly column and keep up the Daily South blog.

While she and Hager are currently still in New York City, it is entirely possible that they will relocate to be closer to the magazine and Jenna's family in Texas. She told the New York Times she often felt "kind of like a homesick Texan living in New York."

If Hager's pregnancy is confirmed, it will fulfill one of her father's strongest hopes. As she told People magazine last year, "I don't' have any children. I just have a cat, to my parents' dismay. My dad saw my husband's boss at a conference, and he said to stop paying my husband until we produce children."

Bush and Hager have been married since 2008 but were friends for four years before saying "I do."

They both work full-time but "try to spend as much time together as possible when we're both home, even little things… I think the little moments are what are most important," she told People.
