Jennifer Aniston Disses Chelsea Handler

Jennifer Aniston appears to insult her friend Chelsea Handler on the new episode of Handler’s hit series “After Lately.”

Aniston tells Handler’s crew that she really does not do much, and when they protest that Handler is very busy, Aniston retorts, “Doing what? I mean, gossiping about more successful people that are better looking than her? Or putting her name on another dumb book to make the world a dumber place? I mean, just ridiculous.” She then launches into an impersonation of Handler. “Hi, I’m Chelsea. I really think that everything I say is funny.”

Handler is the host of two reality TV shows “Chelsea Lately” and “After Lately” on the E! Entertainment network and stars on NBC’s new comedy, “Are You There Chelsea?” She is also the author of four books including “Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang” and “Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea.” Handler got her start as a stand-up comedian before writing and starring on “Chelsea Lately.”

Aniston and Handler have been friends for years, spending vacations and even receiving awards together. Aniston gained a following during her time on the hit TV show “Friends” and has since established a film career while guest appearing on TV shows, including Handler’s.

Aniston has been busy selling, and buying real estate. She recently purchased a $21 million estate in the Los Angeles area of Bel-Air after selling her previous home for $36 million. Aniston also has a new movie “Wanderlust” coming out, which reunites Aniston with Paul Rudd, her co-star in “The Object of My Affection.”

Pregnancy rumors have plagued Aniston, but she put those to rest by appearing in a form-fitting dress while out with Justin Theroux. Now, however, it is rumored that she and Theroux have bought the new estate jointly and will be moving in together.

Aniston will appear on “After Lately” on Sunday, Jan. 29.
