Jessica Biel Changing Name to Jessica Timberlake, 'It Sounds Great!'

Jessica Biel is formally changing her last name to Timberlake, following her recent wedding to Justin Timberlake.

Despite opting to wear a non-tradition wedding gown on her big day, Biel, 30, confirmed that she will adopt the long-time marriage tradition although the actress will still keep her maiden name professionally.

"Yes, I'm changing my name," Biel told people magazine. "My professional name will still be the same, but for life, yes, I think it sounds great! I think I really won the jackpot of names."

Biel, whose wedding photos appear in the latest issue of the magazine, opted for a custom, petal pink Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown. She appeared radiant one the couple's special day while sporting side swept bangs and clutching a fresh bouquet of flowers.

"It was a total fantasy experience," she said. The couple wed in a private ceremony in Italy.

Timberlake, 31, looked dapper in a black and white traditional tuxedo made by renowned designer Tom Ford.

"It was a really special evening," Timberlake said before describing the song that he sang for Biel during their ceremony. "It was an original piece I wrote specifically for the evening and for her."

The happy couple exchanged "I Dos" before approximately 100 family members and friends in southern Italy on Oct. 19, almost one year after Timberlake popped the question. Wedding guests reportedly included renowned music producer Timbaland, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Biel's "7th Heaven" co-star Beverley Mitchell.

Guests were asked to travel to the Borgo Egnazia resort in southern Italy for a week-long wedding celebration.

"It was a lot to ask of them to travel, so we figured we'd give our guests a good party!" Timberlake said.

The singer reportedly surprised Biel in December when he proposed in the mountains in Jackson, Wyoming, although she happily accepted.

"It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends," the couple told People in a statement.
