John Travolta Lawsuit; Second Gay Sexual Abuse Accuser Comes Forward

A second masseur has filed a sexual battery lawsuit against John Travolta despite the actor's attorney blasting the first accuser's lawsuit as a "baseless lie" and making threats to countersue.

The unidentified man is being represented by the first accuser John Doe's attorney, and filed a $2 million sexual battery lawsuit against the married father on Tuesday morning, according to Radar Online.

Similar to John Doe's lawsuit, the second accuser claims that he was hired to perform an in-room private massage on Travolta in January, which prompted the actor to make sexual advances. Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, has denied the allegations.

The second masseur, who claims that he performed the massage on Travolta at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia, also claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions."

It is alleged that when the second masseur arrived in Travolta's room on the morning of January 28, the actor had "a strange demeanor, bloodshot eyes and climbed onto the already setup massage table."

"Travolta removed the entire sheet from his body, and he claimed the sheets were sticky and could not tolerate the heat ...Travolta further indicated that he likes a lot of 'Glutes' work meaning a massage on his buttocks," the graphic complaint states.

"Travolta started to grab, rub and caress [accuser no. 2's] upper thighs and buttock ... and he refused to [be covered] by a sheet of a pillow case cover ... Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and [accuser No.2] said he had to go," the documents allege.

The "Hairspray" actor was reportedly seen having dinner at The Palm restaurant in Atlanta, Buckhead in late January, and he is said to have been in town filming the movie "Killing Season" with Robert De Niro.

Soon after accuser no. 1 John Doe filed suit, Singer dismissed the allegations as "a baseless lie."

"This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie. It is for that reason that the plaintiff hasn't been identified with a name," Singer told Radar.

"On the date when [first accuser] claims John met him, John was not in California, and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. John intends to get this case thrown out, and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution," he added.
