Justin Bieber Crushed After Selena Gomez Split: 'I Don't Know What's Going on in My Life' (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber has allegedly stated that he is not concerned about his break with Selena Gomez because he is hopeful that the pair can work things out.

Rumors that Gomez had broken up with Bieber surfaced over the weekend after the couple had been together for over two years. Initial rumors suggested that the couple began dating in 2010 when they were spotted together at an IHOP, but the relationship was not confirmed until February 2011.

Bieber was also allegedly seen spending time with 19-year-old Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin. But despite the numerous of rumors Bieber has suggested that he still has hope for a reunion, according to reports, adding that there was nothing between him and Palvin.

"Justin would like to get back with Selena, and thinks it can happen," TMZ reported. "We're told the way Justin sees it ... they've broken up a bunch of times before and this is just another blip."

During a Saturday interview, Bieber also suggested that he hadn't seen the break up coming, and wasn't sure about what was "going on" in his life.

"I don't know what to say," he said in an interview with Open House Party on Saturday, neither confirming nor denying the news. "I don't know what's going on in my life.. To even assess that it doesn't make sense 'cause I have not made any comment."

The statement is one of the first to follow rumors that the couple had split, which have been circulating for the past couple of weeks.

"We're told he's not freaked out," TMZ added, stating that "he thinks there's a good chance they'll make up."
