Patel runs the Fight with Kash Foundation, a nonprofit that works to provide financial assistance to active duty military, members of law enforcement and veterans in addition to working to provide “education of the public in areas the mainstream media refuses to cover” and “scholarships for Americans seeking tuition assistance for public, private, college or other areas of education.” 

Another charitable endeavor of the organization involves “legal defense funds, to support whistleblowers, defamed American citizens, and other governmental accountability efforts.” In addition to the Fight With Kash Foundation, Patel serves on the board of directors of Trump Media and Technology Group. Founded in 2021, the Trump Media and Technology Group operates the social media platform Truth Social as well as a news website.
