Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Not Divorcing

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are not splitting up according to a report by TMZ.

The couple, who has been together only a couple of months, has been run through the tabloids and websites – all swearing of marital problems and a divorce coming soon.

According to the gossip site, multiple sources said the couple has been moving boxes out of their NYC apartment because they are moving back to Los Angeles not because Humphries has been booted out my Kim as original reports claimed.

The two were living in the upscale Gansevoort Hotel in NY for the last few months while Kardashian filmed "Kim and Kourtney Take New York."

Kim recently Tweeted, "Can't believe we are done w New York! 3 months went by so fast! Boxes everywhere in our hotel! All ready to go home!"

The Insider said, "Kim and Kris finished filming the show and so they did move out of the hotel...together. They are both heading to Kim's birthday party in Vegas."

Other rumors circulating claimed that Humphries and Kim were splitting up because he wasn't wearing his wedding ring. Sources told TMZ, he just not a fan of jewelry.

Reports have circulated over Kris' affinity for partying and being with random girls as a jealous Kim stays quiet at home. Sources claimed that can't be further from the truth, reasoning the couple just needs to settle down together for a few weeks.

"After the wedding, Kim and Kris started filming right away, they haven't even been home yet. They haven't had any time to settle in together," a source told TMZ.

"They have an army of people around them all the time. Kourtney [Kardashian] and baby Mason are in the adjacent room and they film until midnight every night. It's hard for them to be alone and have any quality time together. Most newlyweds would struggle with that."
