Kim Kardashian Denies Stealing Eva Longoria's Ex-Boyfriend

Kim Kardashian has denied that she is pursuing actress Eva Longoria's ex-boyfriend, Eduardo Cruz, following new reports that the reality TV personality has been exchanging flirtatious text messages with him.

"I'm used to rumors & almost never address them. Buuuut…. It's not ok when magazines like InTouch involve my close friends in their made up stories. They were told by multiple people that their current cover isn't true, but they decided to go ahead. & run it anyway. So there you have it," Kardashian posted on her blog.

Some critics believe that Kardashian, 31, may have been forced to publicly address the matter because the reports threatened to jeopardize her friendship with Longoria, according to Hollywood Life.

Longoria, who is best known for starring in TV sitcom "Desperate Housewives," is said to have split from 26-year-old Cruz just a few weeks before her 37th birthday which Kardashian, who has been a long-time friend of Longoria's, did not to attend.

"It was a mutual decision. They are staying friends. [Eva's] focusing on work and the end of Desperate Housewives," a source told Us Magazine about Longoria's sudden split from Cruz.

Longoria and Cruz were introduced by his sister, actress Penelope Cruz, during Longoria's 2011 divorce from NBA star Tony Parker, and new reports allege that Kardashian began sending Cruz sexy pictures of herself shortly after their split, according to In Touch Magazine.

Kardashian, who filed for divorce from NBA star, Kris Humphries just 72-days into their controversial marriage, recently spoke out about her divorce and shared her views on love.

"I still believe in love. I'm in love with love ... I'm a person, when I'm in love, you can't tell me anything. And you gotta go through it yourself," Kardashian said on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno."
