Kim Kardashian Divorce: Ex-Publicist Attempts Suicide Over Lawsuit

Kim Kardashian's former publicist, whom she recently slapped with a $200,000 lawsuit for suggesting that her marriage to Kris Humphries was a publicity stunt, attempted suicide Wednesday night, according to various sources.

Jonathan Jaxson, Kardashian's publicist from 2007 to 2009, left a series of cryptic tweets in addition to a video in which he said the lawsuit had become too much for him to handle.

"It's not a joke, it's just that I can't handle it anymore," Jaxson said in the video, fighting back tears. "I have no money to fight this, and I'm sorry, it's nothing I would ever promote. I just can't win. I truly do love you guys, and thank you. I hope it gets better, but I don't see that happening."

According to Celebsinyourcity.com, before his Twitter account was taken down, Jaxson tweeted, "I feel like going to a better place then here on earth right now. One is trying to destroy my life and I won’t ever win. Suicide I would never promote, but it is me against money and elite and I will never ever, ever win…This is no hacker…It is me."

According to the website, a follower called the police and Jaxson was taken to a nearby hospital.

A friend later tweeted from Jaxson's account, "HEY EVERYONE. THIS IS JONS BF AND I JUST AM GETTING HERE. HE LEFT ALL THIS UP. MEDICAL PERSONAL ARE HERE AND ARE TAKING HIM NOW. THANK YOU."

Kardashian is suing Jaxson for legal damages and claims the ex-publicist violated a confidentiality agreement by speaking out publicly not only about her wedding, but the period in which he worked for the reality star. Jaxson claims he received a confidentiality agreement from the Kardashians, but neither ever signed it.

Last week, Jaxson told the Los Angeles morning show, Good Day L.A., that he believes the reality star’s wedding was a sham because he helped her plan many publicity stunts when he worked for her, including her reported engagement to former boyfriend Reggie Bush.

Jaxson was promoting a new book about his time working as a publicist for Kardashian and other celebrities called Don't You Know Who I Am Yet? The book is scheduled for release this January.

"For me, it was fake because Kim said previously she knew she didn't want to get married weeks prior to the wedding itself," he said. "Unfortunately they were obligated to honor contracts otherwise they would have owed a lot of people a lot of money."
