Rumors concerning the troubled couple’s rocky marriage heated when Kardashian spent her Halloween weekend alone.

Kim Kardashian showed up at the midtown Lavo club Halloween party, sponsored by Midori, on Saturday without husband Kris Humphries.

The reality show star dressed as the Batman villain Poison Ivy, and stayed for photo ops at the party from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

According to the NY Daily News’s “first source,” Kardashian “looked bored, worried, and sad,” saying that she was texting nonstop at the party.

Kardashian sported a bright red wig and a green ivy body suit.

News of marital trouble was confirmed when TMZ announced Monday it had attained documents which prove Kardashian is filing for divorce from Humphries.

According to legal papers obtained by entertainment website TMZ, reality show personality Kim Kardashian filed for divorce on Monday, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for her split from spouse Kris Humphries, to whom she was married for 72 days.

Kardashian and Humphries share a prenuptial agreement, which will prove a financially wise decision, as TMZ estimates Kardashian to be worth a reported $35 million and Humphries worth $8 million. Sources say celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser will represent Kardashian.

Now, with such a hasty divorce, critics are arguing if Kardashian’s $10 million Montecito wedding, which was sponsored by E! Entertainment, was simply a publicity scam. Gossip website Perez Hilton is taking a poll the see if the entire marriage was a sham.
