Kim Kardashian Dubbed Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011

Kim Kardashian has been titled the “Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011” by the National League of Junior Cotillions.

The organization specializes in etiquette training, and attacked the reality TV star for her controversial 72-day marriage.

NLJC national director Elizabeth Anne Winters explained why Kardashian received the title in a statement.

"The annual selections are based on the demonstration of dignity, honor and respect," Winters said.

She also said Kardashian was dubbed most ill-mannered "for making a private matter public and disrespecting the institution of marriage.”

NLJC are not the only ones offended by the 31-year-old's behavior.

Reports suggest Oprah Winfrey was furious after learning Kardashian was visiting Haiti around the same time she would be there for humanitarian purposes. Kardashian is believed to have told friends that she was recently in Haiti to give back and to make a positive difference.

Some critics accuse Kardashian of using the trip as a public relations stunt to salvage her declining image.

Oprah was photographed in refugee camps with Sean Penn, who runs a Haiti-based charity, and the pair were in genuine discussions about repairing the earthquake-stricken nation.

Kardashian, on the other hand, was photographed at an expensive hotel, attending local fashion shows, and allegedly insulting Haitian locals.

Kardashian appears to have snapped out of her divorce misery, as she was recently pictured in high spirits at the opening of the Kardashian Khaos store in Los Vegas this week.
