Lindsay Lohan Clubbing, Drinking Before Rehab Sentence?

Only days after being accused of drinking in her hotel bar, Lindsay Lohan has been spotted clubbing.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted partying on Friday at a San Diego club just one week after agreeing to a 90-day rehab probation sentence. The sentence was in response to charges filed against the actress for lying to police and reckless driving.

Lohan was spotted on Friday "drinking Ketel One vodka on the rocks and smoking Parliaments," a source told Us Weekly. The star went out for a second time Saturday and was seen partying at club 41 Ocean in Santa Monica, Calif. according to Daily Mail.

While Lohan's rehab will not begin until May, it appears that the star has made a habit of drinking. Even before her court hearing, Lohan was spotted drinking in her hotel bar, "knocking back vodka sodas," a source told TMZ.

Despite continuously going out, however, the star has insisted that she does not have a substance abuse problem. Instead, she claims to have only taken a rehab sentence in order to avoid jail time. The star also said on Twitter the she was taking her court sentence "seriously."

"Don't believe EVERY little thing you hear, unless you hear it from me. The support I have gotten, has been great and means alot," she wrote on her Twitter account Tuesday. "I'm taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead."

But Lohan was not happy with a rehab sentence either. During her hearing on Monday Lohan complained that the 3-month rehab sentence would ruin her birthday, which lands in June.

Last June the actress lied to police when she crashed her Porsche and then claimed that she was not the one behind the wheel. Officials also stated that they discovered a bottle of "amber" colored liquor near the driver's seat that was "probably wine," an officer told TMZ.

"It was my opinion that one of the occupants ... was possibly in possession of the open container and discarded it shortly after the collision," the officer stated.

Lohan initially rejected a rehab plea, insisting that she was not guilty. Her lawyer Mark Heller also argued that Lohan's rights were violated because she was not mirandized.
