Lindsay Lohan Mug Shot: Actress Poses for Sixth in Series (PHOTO)
Lindsay Lohan earned herself a new mug shot Tuesday. It became her sixth after she pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges that was the result of a car crash in the summer of 2012.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James Dabney gave the trouble actress a 5-day jail sentence, which was part of the plea agreement. She will not actually be behind bars as her time will be counted once she completes a 90-day program in a rehabilitation facility.
Lohan pled no contest to misdemeanor reckless driving, providing false information to police, willfully resisting police and obstructing or delaying an officer. The starlet must also spend 18 months in psychotherapy and conduct 30 days of community service in addition to her rehab program.

Included in the deal was Lohan's admission that she violated her probation during her 2011 shoplifting fiasco. The judge added that if she completed the terms of her deal that she would not have to serve a 180 day sentenced that was stayed, but should she fail to complete the terms Lohan could sit in jail for six months.
While the plea deal may seem as a bit soft, Lohan will still be required to pay restitution to the driver of the truck that Santa Monica prosecutors revealed she hit in June of 2012.
"I'm very confident that you won't be seeing Lindsay Lohan in any criminal courts any time in the future," said Mark Heller, a New York-based attorney hired to represent Lohan.
"She has fully recognized all of the issues that have to be addressed, and I'm very confident she'll be able to move forward in her life with dignity, pride and respect," he said, adding that she was "extremely gratified with the end result."
