Miley Cyrus Tweets New Haircut

Although she cut off a huge chunk of her hair last month, Miley Cyrus debuted an even shorter cut to fans via her Twitter page on Sunday.

The 19-year-old pop star posted a picture of herself with a short and sleek, bob cut framing her face, bearing the caption, "Got ANOTHER hair cut! You likey?!"

Cyrus' changing style has been making waves in the media for quite some time now, but some of her four million twitter followers made it clear that they were not happy with the singer's new cut.

"All y'all are saying its soooo short! Only cut about an inch & a half off tonight! In total about 5 inches!!! I love it! So liberating!" Cyrus wrote to her fans.

Last month, Miley, the daughter of country crooner Billy Ray Cyrus, wore a much longer, blonder style at the People's Choice Awards.

Cyrus has been vowing to take a break from Twitter for several years now. In October 2009, she went as far as erasing her account, and posted some rap lyrics to explain her decision.

"The reasons are simple: I started tweeting about pimples. I stopped living for moments and started living for people," Cyrus said.

But the singer couldn't stay away for long and rejoined her longing fans. It wasn't long before her Twitter addiction got her into trouble.

In August 2011, Cyrus' caused a stir among fans and twitter users when she tweeted a picture of herself with a new gay rights tattoo on her finger. A message accompanying the link to the photo read, "All LOVE is equal."

"Where does it say in the Bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn't. GOD is the only judge honey. 'GOD is love," the singer wrote to some disapproving followers.

Once again in November 2011, Cyrus took a much needed break from the social networking site for what she called "me time."
"Sorry I havent been tweeting as much!" she tweeted. "I deleted the twitter ap off of my phone. Just taking some "ME" time! =] love yall."
