Hollywood actress Hayden Panettiere inadvertently sparked marriage rumors during a recent interview, while recalling her 9-month-old daughter's baptism in Europe.

The "Nashville" star detailed the "incredible" moment that she and fiancé Wladimir Klitschko had their daughter, Kaya Evdokia, baptized in his native country of Ukraine during an appearance on "Live! With Kelly and Michael," which aired on Monday. Panettiere, 26, was sharing a funny exchange that took place between Kaya and the priest when she referred to Klitschko, 39, as "my husband."

"We did her baptism [in Ukraine] and that was one of the most incredible parts of the trip," the New York native said.

She and her family traveled to France, Germany and Ukraine over the summer and Kaya's baptism was a big highlight.

"This kid loves water and of course she's never cried anytime we've put her in the shower or the bath or the ocean, she loves swimming," Panettiere continued. "The one time we need her to not cry is the priest dipping her into the holy water and this kid is just wailing. All the pictures — beautiful pictures, everyone is all dolled up and our heads are covered and she's like [screaming]."

The former "Heroes" actress, who gave birth in December, was reportedly raised Catholic while her boxer fiancé is said to be Eastern Orthodox.

"And the priest, at one point he takes a little bit of her hair and cuts it (it's part of the tradition), and she was like, 'Honey, you take my hair, I take yours,' and she took his beard she went yank," she said. "My husband has the beard hair, which is about this long. She's a fighter."

Panettiere did not immediately correct herself, which raised speculation that the couple may have secretly wed.

The anti-whaling activist also spoke of her battle with postpartum depression during the interview.

"I can very much relate, it's something a lot of women experience," she shared. "When [you're told] about postpartum depression you think it's 'I feel negative feelings toward my child; I want to injure or hurt my child.' I've never, ever had those feelings. Some women do."

"But you don't realize how broad of a spectrum you can really experience that on. It's something that needs to be talked about. Women need to know that they're not alone, and that it does heal."

Despite the illness, Panettiere shared that she wants more children with Klitschko.

"I would love to have a big family. … I always said four, but I'm not gonna speak too soon. One at a time," she said.

Panettiere and Klitschko began dating in 2009, and although they split briefly in 2012, they eventually reunited.

"It means a lot when you experience life with someone, then you experience life without him and decide that you don't want to live without him," she once said.
