Oikos University Shooter: 'I'm Going to Kill You All'

One L. Goh Accused of Gunning Down 7 People Execution Style at Calif. School

Authorities have reported that the gunman who opened fire at Oikos University in Oakland, Calif., Monday morning killed his seven victims execution style, telling them "I'm going to kill you all."

Reports released Tuesday morning indicate that the alleged shooter, 43-year-old former student One L. Goh, killed seven and injured three in Monday's rampage.

As Oakland city Police Chief Howard Jordan told CNN News, Goh "does not appear to be remorseful at all" regarding the shooting.

Goh allegedly walked into Oikos University's single-story building Monday at roughly 10:40 a.m. and took a receptionist hostage. He was in search for one particular female administrator, as he was reportedly upset for being expelled from the university earlier that year.

According to CNN, Goh took his hostage into a classroom in search of this female administrator. Upon realizing the administrator was not there, he allegedly shot the receptionist and ordered the students in the classroom to line up against the wall, telling them, "I'm going to kill you all."

When some students refused to cooperate, police say that is when Goh started shooting.

Jordan revealed at a news conference Tuesday that Goh "then went through the entire building systematically and randomly shooting victims."

Goh reportedly ended the rampage by driving off in one of the victim's cars. He was apprehended at a nearby supermarket, about three miles away from the university.

According to The Huffington Post, Goh was allegedly planning the attack for weeks. He told authorities that he had been made fun of at the school.

"They disrespected him, laughed at him. They made fun of his lack of English speaking skills. It made him feel isolated compared to the other students," Jordan said at the press conference, according to The Huffington Post.

Goh is a Korean national believed to have been living with his father in assisted living facilities in Oakland, according to police. According to CBS News, details of the shooting began to surface after Goh was interrogated Tuesday, and that charges are expected to be filed Wednesday,

Oikos University is a private Christian college located in Oakland, Calif. The university specializes in religious studies, music and vocational nursing with an emphasis on Korean students.
