Paul Walker Honored with Emotional 'Fast and Furious' Tribute Video

Paul Walker's death rocked the entertainment world this week, including the mega film franchise "Fast & Furious," which he left behind.

While production on the seventh installment to "Fast & Furious" has been halted indefinitely, the studio also released a tear-jerking tribute to the late actor on Wednesday.

The two-minute clip contains footage of Walker from all six of the "Fast & Furious" films set to the song "Coming Home" by Diddy and Skylar Grey. Walker, who died at age 40 in a car accident on Saturday, portrayed Brian O'Connor in the films from 2001 until his death.

"A Tribute to Paul Walker" also includes Vin Diesel's character, Dominic Toretto, honoring friends and family.

"The most important thing in life will always be the people in this room right now," he said in the scene. "Mi familia."

The tribute arrived just as the official autopsy from the Los Angeles County coroner's office confirmed that Walker died from "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries," meaning the actor survived the initial crash, but died when the vehicle burst into flames.

Walker was the passenger in a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT being driven by Roger Rodas when the car fatally hit a tree and pole on Saturday. Rodas, the owner of a car-customization shop Always Evolving, was killed instantly.

Meanwhile, among the thousands of people mourning Walker are his "Fast & Furious" co-stars including Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Vin Diesel and Tyrese Gibson.

Furthermore, Universal Studios explained that production on "Fast & Furious 7" has been sidetracked for the time being.

"Right now, all of us at Universal are dedicated to providing support to Paul's immediate family and our extended 'Fast & Furious' family of cast, crew and filmmakers," a rep for the studio said in a statement Wednesday. "As this time we feel it is our responsibility to shut down production on 'Fast & Furious 7' for a period of time so we can assess all options available to move forward with the franchise."

The studio as well as Walker's family are urging fans to donate to Walker's charity, Reach Out Worldwide, in lieu of flowers and gifts.
