The 16GB version was the first to be offered by the company and the 32GB and 64GB models are expected to arrive later on in the year.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 comes in both Pebble Blue and White.

The Pebble Blue version has experienced a slight delay in certain areas around the world including the U.K.

Retailer Clove UK recently told YouMobile.org that the white version of the handset will ship on June 1 while the Pebble Blue model will be shipped on June 5.

Samsung released a statement regarding the delay of the Pebble Blue version earlier today.

"Samsung's Galaxy S3 Pebble Blue version comes with a newly invented blue color and special hyper-glaze material," said Samsung. "In order to meet the highest internal quality standards and to provide the best quality Galaxy S2 to customers, a shot supply of Pebble Blue version is expected in some regions in the next 2-3 weeks."

The company is working hard to place the Pebble Blue Galaxy S3 into anxious customers' hands as soon as possible. However, it does not want to sacrifice the quality of the product while doing so.

The Galaxy S3 was unveiled by Samsung on May 5 at the company's "Mobile Unpacked" event in London, England.
