Selena Gomez Reveals 'Single Lady Problems' After Justin Bieber Split

Selena Gomez is admitting that she has some problems being single.

Gomez, the 21-year-old actress and singer, recently took to Instagram where she posted an image with her cousin and cousin's boyfriend. However, the famed singer may have been feeling left out.

"Spending time with my cousin and her man… #3rdwheel #singleladyproblems #futurecatlady #werk," she captioned the image.

Gomez was famously dating 19-year-old Canadian croon Justin Bieber before the pair split last year. The singer has readily admitted that it is far from easy dating while in the limelight.

"It's hard to just date in this industry," Gomez said during an E! special hosted by Ryan Seacrest. "You can't really help who you date."

However the singer said she has learned from the experience.

"I was 18 when we started to date. I don't know. You just have to be an 18-year-old and go through everything," she told Seacrest. "I learned that I should definitely be way more private next time."

After breaking their romantic union at the beginning of the year, Gomez spoke about how that affected her.

"I'm sure you could actually see those pictures of me being, like, way stressed out about it," she said in the E! special. "And it's hard, because what do you do? Do you just wanna sit in your house and hide and not go anywhere?"

Bieber seems to be having a hard time getting through his breakup with Gomez and released the song "Heartbreaker," last week. He described the concept of the song, admitting that the inspiration for the tune came from real life events.

"It means so much to me to be able to share what I was, and still am, going through, with my fans," Bieber tweeted to his fans. "I'm very proud of this song and I hope it gives my fans some insight into my heart."
