Situation Sorrentino Slams Gay Rumor, Again?
Jersey Shore reality star, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi came forward last week to announce that she believed she was bisexual. The star also suggested that her former co-star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was secretly gay, a rumor which left Sorrentino in a bit of a sticky situation.
Sorrentino became upset after housemates Polizzi and Jenni "JWoww" Farley speculated that he was "in the closet" despite his reputation for dating a large number of girls.
"He brings it up," JWoww said in an interview with the Huffington Post. "He'll say, 'People think I'm gay and I don't know what they're talking about.'"

Snooki reported that he had begun to have his doubts. "He told me one time, '[All the talk is] making me wonder,'" she relayed.
Last year, one of Sorrentino's love interests also suggested to Popeater that the reality star appeared to be gay. "I think Mike is gay. I think he's gay because of the way he talks and the way he abuses girls. He talks down to women...I honestly feel like he's in the closet right now; he doesn't want to come out."
Sorrentino's rep explained in a statement to MTV that the rumor was an attempt on Polizzi's part to garner more publicity. "Obviously the only way [Angelina Pivarnick] can get press is to slander my client," he stated. "She's become a circus sideshow. Kinda sad to see."
Sorrentino's rep responded to the newest rumor by stating that it was "the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard."
An insider told the Chicago Sun-Times that Sorrentino was extremely upset over the rumors. "Mike really ripped both Snooki and JWoww a new one," the insider said, noting that Sorrentino is concerned such comments could hurt his brand endorsements, which are focused on straight male customers.
