'SNL' Lance Armstrong Parody: Manti Te'o, Jodie Foster in Funny Sketch (VIDEO)

'Am I Sorry I Did It? Yes ... Ish. P.S. No,' Jason Sudeikis' Armstrong Says

An "SNL" Lance Armstrong spoof had audiences laughing hard as the late-night comedy sketch show mocked the athlete's confession to doping. In addition to tackling the Armstrong scandal, "Saturday Night Live" also poked fun at the Manti Te'o girlfriend hoax and the odd Golden Globes speech of actress Jodie Foster.

The "SNL" Lance Armstrong sketch began with a fictional interview with Piers Morgan, played by Taran Killiam. Jason Sudeikis played the part of an unapologetic Armstrong who was as vague as possible when it came to his system of doping. The skit parodied Armstrong's interview with Oprah in which he refused to elaborate on how exactly he cheated, and whom he cheated with.

"It wasn't really all that sophisticated, Piers," Sudeikis' Armstrong said about his doping. "All I actually did was steroids, testosterone, human growth hormone, EPO and I replaced all of my blood with better blood."

"Is that sophisticated? You know, I don't know. Is it cheating? Maybe," Sudeikis continued. "Am I sorry I did it? Yes ... ish. P.S. No.

Sudeikis's Armstrong also blatantly lied during the interview about cursing, prompting the live audience to burst out in laughter. The actual Lance Armstrong seemed far more serious as he admitted to Oprah that his record seven Tour-de-France wins— they were stripped from him recently along with various endorsements— were ill-gotten gains.

Armstrong's 14-year deception wasn't the only sports story "Saturday Night Live" parodied, however. Piers Morgan's fictional show also featured Manti Te'o, played by Bobby Moynihan, who made the fake girlfriend hoax even more unbelievable than it already is.

"[The hoax is] even more devastating for my girlfriend Lennay," Moynihan's Te'o said. "A couple months ago, she called me up on the phone and was like, 'Hey, I have some bad news: I'm dead.' And I said, 'Oh no! Do you need a ride to the funeral?'"

Finally, Kate McKinnon parodied Jodie Foster, paying special attention to the actress' particular way of speaking and wild gestures during her strange Golden Globes speech. McKinnon mocked Foster for her ambiguity during her speech, which some critics suspect was a public admission that she is gay.

"Allow me to set the record straight once and for all," McKinnon said as Jodie Foster. "I am gaaaa … me for anything.
