Tameka Foster Says Son Must Be Very Special for God to Call Him Home Early

Tameka Foster has faced numerous trials recently, including her ex-husband R&B superstar Usher Raymond winning full custody of their two children, being kicked out of her home, and losing her 11-year-old son in a jet-ski accident, but the mother is still glorifying God despite her circumstances.

Foster appeared in a recent episode of Entertainment Tonight where she spoke about her ex-husband and dealing with the death of her son Kile Glover, who passed away last July. Despite her tragedy, Foster said that she believed God had a plan for her dead son in heaven.

"I don't know how… I don't know how to really put it into words. It's really hard," she told Entertainment Tonight last week. "I'm probably still in shock. When God calls His children home so early, I think they have to be very special in order for God to say their work is done here."

The 41-year-old personal stylist has reportedly been praying ever since the untimely death of her son and even took to Global Grind to thank all of those who prayed for her family after the incident.

"To begin, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the countless number of people who opened their hearts, extended their prayers, well-wishes and remained hopeful for my son Kile during the last weeks of his life," Foster wrote on Russell Simmons' news website last August.

The mother seemed positive in the message, telling the world that God blessed her with the child who was taken away from her after only 11 years.

"I truly believe that he has always been an Angel from birth and the World was just too small to contain a spirit so vast. I'm thankful and blessed to merely be the vessel that carried him and humbled that God gave him to us to love," Foster said. "I also feel humbled by everyone's show of concern, and knowing that Kile Glover touched the lives of so many has given me strength during my worst & darkest hour."
