Tim Tebow Plans for Off-Season Training: Working With Top QBs to Improve Skills
Three months into the off-season, Tim Tebow is keeping up hope and plans to attend the Jets' voluntary off-season training program.
While some suggested that Tebow might have every reason to boycott the Jets' upcoming off-season program, the positive-thinking player has no such intentions. While the Jets are still attempting to figure out what they will do with the underplayed quarterback, Tim Tebow is sticking to the game plan, according to reports.
That the quarterback will appear at Monday's workout, a source told ESPN. Tebow is still in contract with the Jets for another two years, but the team has suggested that it would look for a way to let the player go.

"The Jets would like to trade him," sources told ESPN, "but there has been no market and they're expected to release him after the draft."
A second player, cornerback Darrelle Revis, will also attend the voluntary off-season program, although the Jets are also considering letting him go. But it appears that Tebow will not be giving up without a fight. Last week the quarterback worked out with former Jets quarterback Vinny Testaverde, who is now an assistant coach at Jesuit High School, where the two played. Last week Tebow also worked with former NFL quarterback Chris Weinke at the IMG Academy in Bradenton.
"The lows are disappointing but that makes the high much sweeter, that's what drives me," Tebow said previously during an interview with reporters.
Tebow's hard efforts may serve him well on another team, but the Jets don't appear willing to even given the quarterback a shot.
"While the Jets say that there will be a competition for the quarterback position, Tebow is not part of that plan and the team has no interest in using him as a starter," a Sports World report stated.
