Earlier this month at the Grammy Awards in L.A. Amber Rose, 28, denied rumors that she and Kahlifa were engaged.

"Not yet," said the model speaking to E! News. "Soon though."

A singer, artist, and socialite, Rose was formerly linked to rapper Kanye West. She announced plans to launch her own eye wear line in 2005, and she has appeared in several music videos by artists such as Ludacris, Young jeezy, Nicki Minaj, among others.

Rose and Khalifa started dating "over a year" ago, she explained to E! News.

"We want to get married," continued Rose. "We're just taking our time. Whenever he wants to propose, that's when it will happen."

Describing her boyfriend at the time, Rose said her new fiance is "the sweetest guy."

"He's very normal," she gushed just weeks before her engagement. "He didn't let fame and everything get to him."

The couple are both active on Twitter, and often post about one another. Following their engagement, Rose posted, "He has made me the Happiest Woman in the World!!!"

Rose and Khalifa have both thanked numerous fans and friends for their congratulatory tweets on the social media site. The pair have not announced any wedding details as of yet.
