Step after painful step; hold firm to the warm hand of the Father and know true love that conquers compassion.
Paul developed teams that he could trust with difficult decisions. He did not have to override their decisions because he relied upon his training and the equipping of the Holy Spirit to ensure that the church would stay strong.
