3 contemporary songs that convey the Easter hope of Christ's resurrection

Easter Sunday, also called Resurrection Sunday, is a day when Christians worldwide reflect on Christ's crucifixion, death and resurrection.

Jesus paid the ultimate price for our sins on the cross, and all who believe in Him shall have everlasting life.

As stated in John 3:16, God sacrificed His son so He could absorb the burden of the world's sins, promising His children that there is hope and eternal life if they have faith in Christ. Many listen to music to feel uplifted after the mournful services on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.

Here's a list of three contemporary Christian and secular songs that also point to Christ's joyous rise from the grave and help Christians remember God's unending love and sacrifice of the Savior.
