Galaxy Note 2 Teaser Released by Samsung
Samsung released a teaser video for the upcoming Galaxy Note tablet-smartphone hybrid device earlier today.
In the video the company promises that the device they are previewing at this year's IFA will be "a small and light thing." The teaser also displays a stylus, but aside from showing that component, not much more is revealed about the device.
The video also features Wim Wenders, the film director who made "Wings of Desire."

An image of the glass that will be used for the screen on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 2 surfaced on the internet last week.
The shot was leaked by Nowhereelse.com and has a 5.5-inch empty space in the model that is reserved for the device screen. This also confirms that the successor's display will be slightly bigger than the original Galaxy Note.
The glass panel in the picture also shows the same design as the press photo of the device that was leaked yesterday. The only minor change is the light proximity sensors have been moved to the right side beside the front-facing camera instead of the left. Other than that, the glass has the home button in the same place and features the same speaker shape.

By looking at this photo, the device appears to look exactly like the white model of the Samsung Galaxy S3. Specifications for the device have also been confirmed for the Note successor.
The smartphone-tablet hybrid will feature a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display and will be powered by a Samsung Exynos 4 Quad-chip with all cores clocking in at 1.5GHz. Its rear camera will be 8 megapixels, and the device will have the same sensor as the Galaxy S3.
