Hillsong's Young & Free Set to Release Album 'This Is Living' Featuring Lecrae

Hillsong Church's group Young & Free announced that on Wednesday, they will release their upcoming EP "This Is Living" which features a collaboration with Lecrae.

Offering a glimpse at Hillsong Church's Youth Ministry, Young & Free's new EP will hit stores on Jan. 13 complete with its lead track "This Is Living" with Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist Lecrae on it.

"For us it was a dream come true to collaborate with Lecrae who we not only love and respect as an artist, but as someone who is a strong voice for freedom to this generation," the Young & Free team said. "If anyone's message echoes the message of 'This Is Living,' it's Lecrae."

In addition to announcing that the new song would be available next week, Young & Free released a video on YouTube in which Lecrae adds to the special announcement.

"Hey what's goin' on? I'm Lecrae and I'm excited to tell you all about my friends Hillsong Young & Free's new EP 'This Is Living,'" the rapper says in the clip. "It's coming very soon, and I may or may not be a part of it. Make sure you go out and support Hillsong Young & Free 'This Is Living,' it's coming soon."

The new Young & Free EP will also feature a newly recorded version of "Sinking Deep" from the group's first album, "We Are Young & Free." An acoustic version of "This Is Living" is also among the new album's songs. Rounding out track list for "This Is Living" include "Energy" and "Pursue."

In 2013, Young & Free's first full-length album "We Are Young & Free" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Christian charts as well as on the Praise and Worship chart. Moreover, it debuted in the Top 25 on the Billboard Top 200 chart and No. 6 on the Overall Digital Albums chart.
