John Travolta Lawsuit: New Photos and Receipt Prove Actor's Innocence

John Travolta's attorney has slammed a second sexual assault lawsuit against his client as "absurd," as new photographic evidence emerges that could clear the actor of any wrong doing.

"This second 'anonymous' claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one," Travolta's attorney Martin Singer said in a statement on Tuesday afternoon according to TMZ.

Two masseurs recently filed sexual battery lawsuits against Travolta alleging that the 58-year-old made sexual advances towards them during separate incidents which Singer has soundly rejected.

New photographs released by TMZ reportedly show the "Hairspray" star in New York on Jan. 16, the same day that his first accuser claims the married father sexually assaulted him at a Beverly Hills hotel during a massage session.

The plaintiff, identified as "John Doe" in the complaint, claims that Travolta scheduled a $200 per hour massage appointment with him at a Beverly Hills hotel where the actor allegedly stripped naked and appeared semi-erect before offering the masseur a "reverse massage."

"Come on dude, I'll j--- you off!!!" Travolta allegedly told John Doe after his sexual advances were rejected.

In conjunction with the photographic "proof" is a receipt from a meal that Travolta ate at Mr. Chow restaurant in New York on the date that the alleged incident occurred.

The bill totaled $382 and Travolta gave a generous tip of $100, and TMZ has also released photos of the receipt.

The second accuser, identified as "John Doe #2" in a modified complaint, claims that he was hired by Travolta, who used the alias "Mr. White," to perform a massage on the actor at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia.

He also claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions," according to Radar Online.

"Travolta removed the entire sheet from his body, and he claimed the sheets were sticky and could not tolerate the heat ...Travolta further indicated that he likes a lot of 'Glutes' work meaning a massage on his buttocks," the graphic complaint states.

"Travolta started to grab, rub and caress [accuser no. 2's] upper thighs and buttock ... and he refused to [be covered] by a sheet of a pillow case cover ... Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and [accuser No.2] said he had to go," the documents allege.

Singer has dismissed both lawsuits as "a baseless lie" and is threatening to sue "the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution."
