According to TMZ, Knowles is suspected to be approaching the four month mark in her pregnancy and if the rumors are true she will be five months pregnant when she sings at the MJ Tribute.

Beyoncé announced her pregnancy at the 2011 Video Music Awards after performing her new song “Love on Top.”

She told viewers on Sunday, before her commanding performance, “Tonight I want you to stand up on your feet – I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside me!”

Following her song “Love on Top,” Beyoncé removed her jacket, smiling as she rubbed her belly.

The power couple was married in 2008. Since then, there have been many pregnancy rumors that have been shot down – but on August 28 Beyoncé confirmed the exciting news in front of millions.

The singer told CNN’s Piers Morgan in June that she wanted to get pregnant.

“I feel great and I feel like 30 is the ideal age [to start a family], because you're mature enough to know who you are and to have your boundaries and your standards, and not be afraid, too polite -- but you're young enough to be a young woman," Beyoncé said. "I'm so looking forward to it."

She added, "I always said I'd have a baby at 30. But I also said I'm going to retire at 30. ... Only God knows."

People attending the VMA’s went wild following the “baby revelation.” Jay-Z was spotted in the crowd beaming as Kanye proceeded to congratulate him.

“OMG Beyoncé just made a huge announcement on the #vma carpet! #baby!!!!!” MTV tweeted.

Beyoncé’s rep has also confirmed the exciting new that the couple is expecting their first child.
