John Travolta Lawsuit: Third Man Comes Forward; First Accuser Backtracks

A third man has come forward alleging that John Travolta sexually assaulted him on a cruise ship in 2009, just as the actor's first accuser has begun backtracking on the date that his particular incident occurred.

Chilean-born Fabian Zanzi, a former employee of the Royal Caribbean cruise ship, was in charge of VIP guests at the time and alleges that Travolta made sexual advances toward him and even offered him $12,000 for sex, according to Radar Online.

"He had something on his neck. I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage," Zanzi told South American news website ABC.es.

It has been reported that Zanzi also filed a lawsuit against Travolta, 58, although this has not yet been confirmed.

Two other men, John Doe #1 and John Doe #2, recently filed lawsuits alleging similar encounters took place with Travolta in separate incidents, which the actor's attorney Marty Singer has vehemently denied.

John Doe #1, Travolta's first accuser, initially claimed that the married father made sexual advances toward him during a massage session on the morning of Jan. 16 at approximately 10 a.m. in Beverly Hills, Calif. and has now reportedly backtracked saying that he got the date wrong.

"It was a miscalculation," a source told Radar adding that "the lawsuit will likely be amended, but this doesn't change the facts of the lawsuit."

"John Doe #1 gave very specific information, and staff from the Beverly Hills Hotel will absolutely be included as witnesses in the case. The source pointed out that Travolta's lawyer Marty Singer has been a pit bull against the claims, with Singer telling RadarOnline.com that they had flight and hotel details that would prove that Travolta was not in Los Angeles on January 16, 2012.

"Let's not forget John Doe accuser #2. It's very interesting that Travolta's team hasn't gone after him," the source added.

The date change comes days after Singer pointed out that he has proof of Travolta's whereabouts on Jan. 16, insisting his client was in a separate state to John Doe #1.

John Doe #1 claims that Travolta stripped naked and appeared semi-erect before offering him a "reverse massage."

"Come on dude, I'll j--- you off!!!" Travolta allegedly told John Doe #1 after his sexual advances were rejected.

In a similar suit, John Doe #2, alleges that he was hired to massage Travolta on the morning of Jan. 28, and when he arrived at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia, the actor had "a strange demeanor, bloodshot eyes and climbed onto the already setup massage table."

"Travolta started to grab, rub and caress [accuser no. 2's] upper thighs and buttock ... and he refused to [be covered] by a sheet of a pillow case cover ... Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and [accuser No.2] said he had to go," the graphic complaint states.
